How to Use Your Recovery Kit
Ergonomic Peri Bottle
Fill with warm water — always test the temperature on your wrist first to ensure it is not too hot. Aim and squeeze gently while or after using the bathroom to cleanse the area without irritation. Pat dry gently.
Disposable Underwear
Step into these for a secure, comfortable foundation that holds your recovery layers in place.
🥪 The "Healing Sandwich" Layering Guide
Follow these layers for maximum comfort and relief:
The Base
Activate the Maxi Ice Pad (snap it to begin cooling) and place it onto your disposable underwear.
The Soothe
Lay a Witch Hazel Pad Liner flat on top of the ice pad.
The Relief
Apply Witch Hazel Healing Foam directly onto the liner.
Finish
Pull up your underwear for immediate cooling relief.
Maternity Gown & Non-Slip Socks
Slip into these for maximum comfort and safety while resting at home.
